Where Were These Hotties When I Was Single?

My guest designer spot at Gauche Alchemy is coming to a close and my last layout is posted on their blog. I had so much fun designing for them and using their fabulous kit.



I Mod Podged pieces of the sewing pattern my kit was wrapped in to the patterned paper and then added some red acrylic paint. I also used pieces from Gauche Alchemy's Wedding Night, Lady Marmalade, Blue Streak and Red mixed media color kits.



You know, I tend to poo poo the 1980's (I think it's due in part to the overdose of Aqua Net and blow drying I experienced) but it's things like this that make me smile...and then thank God the 80's are over. Please to enjoy "Video Dating...80's Style":

Your project turned out great, as always. :) And the Aqua Net mention brought back memories - I can't believe I actually put that stuff on my hair! It was like pouring super glue on your head. LOL

Now, i came in here thinking, "Maggi has yet again come up with a catchy title for some (hoping!) men from the 40's/50's era!" and then ..... hehehehehehehe...i see the men I avoided in the 80's!!! LOL!!! LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE it!!! And loving that LO....that PAINT just ROCKS...and loving that PHOTO....and hehehehehehehehehehe....just to MAYBE make ya a little jealous (cuz I didn't get to see some 40's/50's boys...lol!).....I gonna tell U a little secret!!!!!
